Goods Replacement for low cost consumer products and a repair
concept is economically unsound. However, we will offer our cost
effective replacement service in its place.
This service includes:

- Storage of the replacement goods

- Environmentally sound disposal of defective goods
- Customer correspondence
Typical products included in this service are for example small
electrical household goods, tools, clocks, etc.
Repair Service offers you assistance from our repair service
team, if there are problems concerning valuable goods. This service
can however only be offered in conjunction with long-term service
contracts, since years of supply and stock keeping have to be guaranteed
by us. We would be pleased to make you a corresponding offer.
Optimising (rework) of Goods is affected by the flow of
goods from foreign countries where routes of transport can be long.
Climatic problems may exist, stress on materials through vibration
may occur, etc. With all this and despite meticulous controls, things
can still go wrong. Therefore, should there still be defective goods
for whatever reason, we will of course assist you with that problem
too. Our optimizing of goods service carries out:
- 100% sorting out of defective goods
- 100% repair or rework
- Re-packaging of goods
- Arrangement of new packaging (gift sets)
Accessories / Spare Parts Service is very important when
you bring technical products into the market. The question arises
if and how you can assure a constant supply of accessories and spare
parts. The consumer surely expects to be able to purchase necessary
accessories, e.g. a special bulb or a Hoover bag. If there is no
perfect solution, the customer will soon get frustrated and will
in future only buy a similar product if a supply of accessories
/ spare parts is guaranteed.
Pro. Q.C. Systems® can of course also take over this task for
you. We store the corresponding parts and assure a cost effective
mailing service. For ordering accessories or spare parts, we will
design a product specific order sheet. With this the customers are
able to convey their requirements clearly, without any problems.
Of course, they can also order through the Customer Service Line.
